What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards.

When and where do I enter my payment information?

You'll enter payment information through the Whistling Duck dashboard after your account is created, once you need to upgrade your plan.

How do I choose an annual plan?

When you enter payment details on your payment dashboard, you can select monthly or annual plans.

What happens when I cancel?

You can cancel any time, and your account will remain active until the end of your billing period (if you're past your trial account). Your data can be exported if you'd like, and we'll eventually remove it from our system.

Are there any hidden fees or support costs?

Nope. What you see is what you pay for all of Whistling Duck's core features. Support is by email and is included in the cost of your plan. All technical support is handled by our lead engineer.

Which plan is right for me?

You'll want to leave room for growth - so if you already have contacts you're tracking, make sure there is room for more in your plan. You can always contact us to ask for help deciding - we're honest and won't charge you for a plan you don't need.
