Free accounts

Whistling Duck offers a free plan with 50 contacts and 50 donations.

After you reach your trial limits

Once you've hit 50 contacts or 50 donations, you will need to add a credit card to your account and select a subscription plan. If you do not add a card and/or select a plan, your account will be suspended. To unsuspend your account, you'll need to add a card and select a plan.

Cancellation

Once you cancel your account you won't be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period. For example, if your billing cycle is on the 12th of every month and you cancel on the 16th, you'll still have to pay for the current month, but you won't be charged again after that. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

Annual billing

Plans billed annually cannot be refunded, either. That means the policy listed under "Cancellation" above applies for annually billed plans, as well.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account any time by logging into your account and selecting the "Account" button. Once you are on the Account page, select "Cancel my account" as your subscription plan and save your account.
